- Licensed & Insured
- In-House Crews — No Subcontractors
Built for Buildings That
Can't Slow Down.
Commercial buildings can't afford a flooring contractor that drags timelines, ghosts on punch lists, or skips subfloor prep. ValorCraft Flooring runs in-house commercial crews across the Piedmont Triad — scoping, scheduling, and installing hard-use floors that hold up under traffic, equipment, and code, delivered on the timeline your project manager already committed to.
- In-house commercial install crews — no subcontracted labor
- After-hours, overnight, and phased schedules to keep your space operating
- Licensed and insured — General Liability and Workers' Comp, COI on request
- Moisture testing and full subfloor prep before a plank gets cut
Industries Built On
Floors That Hold Up.
From storefronts to surgical suites, we install commercial floors for the spaces your customers, tenants, and patients walk every day.
- 01

Storefront refits, tenant build-outs, and rolling renovations done aisle-by-aisle so the doors stay open through the install.
- 02
Office & Workplace
Open-floor LVT, broadloom, and carpet-tile installs scheduled around tenants, IT cutovers, and AV trades.
- 03

Unit turns, hallways, common areas, and amenity spaces — priced by the unit or by the building, with repeating turnover schedules available.
- 04
Healthcare & Medical Offices
Heat-welded sheet vinyl with integral cove base for clinics, dental, and outpatient spaces that need a sanitary, easy-to-clean finish.
- 05
Hospitality & Restaurants
Front-of-house finishes that match the brand standard and back-of-house surfaces that survive the kitchen line.
- 06
Light Industrial & Showrooms
Sealed-concrete prep, polished-concrete substrate work, and impact-rated LVT for shop floors, service bays, and product showrooms.
Full Commercial Scope —
Demo To Punch List.
One contract, one crew. Substrate prep, install, transitions, and base — everything that touches the floor stays under our scope.
Luxury Vinyl Tile & Plank
Glue-down commercial-grade LVT and LVP rated for heavy rolling loads, rolling chairs, and continuous foot traffic.
Sheet Vinyl & Welded Seam
Heat-welded vinyl with integral cove base for healthcare, education, and any space where seams have to stay sealed.
Broadloom & Carpet Tile
Direct-glue broadloom and modular carpet tile for offices, lobbies, conference rooms, and corridors.
Concrete Prep & Polish-Ready Substrates
Grinding, patching, leveling, crack repair, and densifier prep to bring slabs into manufacturer spec.
Engineered Hardwood
Engineered plank installs for hospitality lobbies, boutique retail, and executive suites where the look has to match the brand.
Demo, Disposal & Subfloor Repair
Existing flooring removal, mastic scraping, patching compounds, and self-levelers — staged and hauled off as part of the contract.
Trim, Transitions & Cove Base
Schluter strips, reducers, rubber and vinyl cove base, and finish-carpentry trim work to close the install clean.
The Commercial Standard
PMs Keep Calling Back.
Veteran-owned discipline applied to commercial flooring — clean schedules, accurate scopes, and crews that close out the punch list the first time.
Built Around Your Schedule
Nights, weekends, holidays, and phased rollouts. We work the hours your space stays open so revenue and operations don't take the hit.
Veteran-Owned Project Discipline
Daily look-aheads, a single point of contact, and timelines that don't slip mid-job. You'll always know what's happening tomorrow.
One Crew, Start to Finish
Same in-house team from demo through punch list. No subcontractor finger-pointing when something needs to be made right.
COI-Ready & Fully Insured
General Liability and Workers' Comp are in place. Certificates of Insurance issued to your PM, GC, or property manager before mobilization.
Spec, Submittal & Warranty Compliant
We install to the architect's flooring schedule, manufacturer specs, and warranty requirements — and submit cuts for approval before we order.
Punch List Closed Out Right
Final walk with your facilities lead, transitions and base finished, certificate of completion and product warranty issued. Not 'we'll come back next week.'
Five Steps. No Surprises.
Schedules That Hold.
The same process whether it's one suite or one hundred — clear scope, clean prep, phased installs, and a closed punch list.
- 01
Walk-Through & Scope
We meet on site or review your plans, measure, identify subfloor conditions, confirm the product spec, and map out logistics around your operations.
- 02
Estimate & Submittals
Detailed line-item proposal with product cuts, square footage, prep allowances, schedule, and any submittals your architect or GC requires.
- 03
Prep & Mobilization
Demo, disposal, moisture testing, patching, and self-leveling to bring the substrate to spec — plus barricades, signage, and dust control where needed.
- 04
Phased Installation
Install runs in zones, after hours, or overnight as the schedule requires. Daily updates to your PM so nothing is a surprise.
- 05
Punch List & Handover
Final walk with your facilities lead or GC, transitions and base finished clean, certificate of completion and manufacturer warranty issued.
Answers
Before You Ask.
Do you work after hours and on weekends?
Yes. The majority of our commercial installs happen nights, weekends, or in phased zones so the building stays operational. Tell us your hours of operation and we'll build the schedule around them.
Are you licensed and insured for commercial work in North Carolina?
Yes. ValorCraft Flooring carries General Liability and Workers' Comp coverage. We'll issue a Certificate of Insurance to your property manager or general contractor before mobilization.
Can you handle moisture issues on slab-on-grade?
We perform calcium chloride and RH probe testing where the manufacturer's spec calls for it, and we install moisture mitigation systems before flooring goes down when readings exceed product limits.
Do you do tenant turns for property management companies?
Yes. We price unit turns by the square foot or by the unit and can run repeating schedules for vacancy turnovers across an entire property.
Can you match the flooring spec from my architect or designer?
Absolutely. Send us the flooring schedule and we'll source from the specified manufacturer, confirm dye lots, and submit cuts for approval before we order.
What size jobs do you take on?
Anything from a single-suite tenant turn up to multi-phase commercial buildouts across the Piedmont Triad. If your project is outside our service area, ask us — we'll tell you straight whether we're the right fit.
